Jase began his career in land and forestry by working part-time for the family business, Bird Forestry, throughout high school and college. His early exposure to land management and rural property sparked a passion for real estate and natural resources, ultimately leading him to pursue a career in the field. In 2025, Jase became a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent and joined TerraStone Land Company, where he helps clients navigate the unique opportunities of East Texas land ownership.
Jase earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. He brings a strong work ethic, deep-rooted knowledge of East Texas land, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their land ownership goals. Combining his background in forestry, business, and real estate, Jase is dedicated to providing exceptional service and helping clients make informed decisions regarding land investment, recreation, timberland, and rural property ownership.
