Jason Wright serves as Managing Broker for TerraStone Land Co., bringing over 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage and leadership to the firm. A licensed broker for more than two decades, Jason has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the East Texas market.
Jason is a former member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Board of Directors and a past member of the Texas Realtors® Board of Directors. His leadership within the real estate community includes serving as President of the Greater Tyler Association of Realtors® and being named Greater Tyler Association Realtor® of the Year. Additionally, Jason co-founded Wright Phillips and Company and has owned multiple brokerages throughout his career.
A fifth-generation East Texan, Jason is deeply committed to the region’s growth and preservation. He holds an undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. Beyond real estate, Jason has served as a Tyler City Council Member and was honored as Citizen of the Year by the East Texas Council of Governments.
