Offering future timber production potential, roughly 68 acres of upland was planted into loblolly pine plantation in 2014. Recreational opportunities look really good for deer, feral hog and waterfowl hunting as well as for ATV riding. Priced competitively, and ideally located along Cypress Creek only a mile or so from the wildlife-rich Sulphur River bottoms, this tract deserves a close look from anyone interested in a recreational getaway. This property has been historically accessed across several adjacent properties, and does not have legal access as far as can be ascertained.
